Samples can be quickly shipped via international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, or EMS, typically delivered within 7-10 working days.
Q4: What are the advantages of your products?
Our product advantages include:
Efficient Formulas: For example, our water-soluble fertilizers use high-purity raw materials, are fully soluble, residue-free, and suitable for various irrigation systems.
Stress Resistance: Some products contain stress-resistant enhancement factors, helping crops maintain growth vitality under adverse conditions such as low temperatures.
Soil Improvement: Our organic and humic acid-based products effectively improve soil structure and alleviate soil acidification or salinization issues.
Biological Activity: Our bio-organic fertilizers and microbial agents are rich in beneficial active bacteria, aiding in resistance to continuous cropping and root-knot nematodes, and promoting root health.
Q5: How do you ensure product quality?
We implement quality control throughout the entire production process:
Source Control: We have our own factory and R&D team, strictly selecting raw materials from the start.
Process Monitoring: Conduct multiple inspections during production to ensure product stability.
Final Inspection: Perform final checks on every batch before shipment to ensure compliance with standards.
Traceability: Our product batch number system allows full traceability of the production process.
Q1: What international trade terms do you offer?
We offer flexible trade terms to suit different customer needs, the most common including:
EXW (Ex Works): You are responsible for all costs and risks after picking up the goods from our factory. Suitable for customers with agents in China or those familiar with Chinese logistics.
FOB (Free On Board): We are responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port of shipment and loading them onto the vessel you specify. Suitable for customers who prefer to arrange sea freight and control shipping costs.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover the cost and freight to deliver the goods to your specified port of destination and arrange marine insurance. Suitable for customers who prefer us to handle the main shipping arrangements.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We assume all risks and costs, including transportation, export and import clearance, payment of all duties and taxes, and delivery to your specified destination. This offers maximum convenience, as you only need to receive the goods at your location.
Q2: How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on order quantity and chosen shipping method:
Sample Orders: Typically shipped via courier within 7-10 days after confirmation and payment receipt.
Bulk Sea Shipment: Usually completed and loaded within 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. Specific sea freight times depend on the destination port:
To Southeast Asian ports: approximately 9-15 days
To major European ports (e.g., Rotterdam, Hamburg): approximately 25-35 days
To South American ports: approximately 35-45 days
Air Freight: Generally faster, suitable for urgent orders, typically arriving within 7-14 days (including customs clearance procedures).
Q3: Can fertilizer products be shipped by air or sea? Are there any restrictions?
Most fertilizer products can be shipped by sea and air, but must comply with international and national regulations:
Sea Freight: The most common and economical method for bulk cargo. All products are suitable for sea freight. Note that liquid fertilizers require special attention to container sealing and temperature changes during transit to prevent leaks or deterioration.
Air Freight: Due to safety regulations, certain types of fertilizers may be prohibited or strictly restricted for air transport, particularly those with high nitrate nitrogen content or organic fertilizers. This depends on specific airline and national regulations. Please confirm with us the air freight feasibility of your desired products before arranging air shipment.
Q4: Can you guarantee that goods will pass customs inspections in the destination country smoothly?
We can provide full assistance but cannot guarantee 100% success, as customs inspections are conducted by the destination country’s government and depend on various factors. However, we will provide all necessary documents to ensure smooth clearance:
Complete commercial invoice and packing list
Certificate of Origin
Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) – For chemicals (including many fertilizers), MSDS is a critical document. We will provide the corresponding MSDS report for each batch of chemicals, containing product safety information, composition data (within confidentiality limits), and transport classification, which is essential for customs clearance.
Other specific required certificates (e.g., Free Sale Certificate)
Please note: You are responsible for understanding your country’s import regulations, including any import permits, tariffs, and product registration requirements. For DDP terms, we will handle customs clearance.
Q5: Can you ship to all countries? Are there any embargoed countries?
1. Product Shipping Scope and Restriction Instructions
2. Shipping Confirmation Requirement Before Order Placement
Q6: How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on:
Cargo volume and weight
Origin and destination
Shipping method (air/sea/express)
Current market freight rates
Trade terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP have different cost structures)
For DDP transactions, costs also include import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees. We will provide detailed shipping quotes based on your needs.
Q1: Which fertilizer formula is best for my crop?
Developing a suitable fertilization program requires basic information: the crop’s nutritional needs, soil type, water quality, environmental conditions, and irrigation system type. There is no “one-size-fits-all” formula.
You can provide your specific information (e.g., crop type, growth stage, soil test report), and our agronomy team can recommend suitable formulas and fertilization programs.
Q2: Can your water-soluble fertilizers be used in low temperatures? How to avoid lowering soil temperature?
Some of our water-soluble fertilizer products (especially fluid fertilizers) are formulated with low-temperature application in mind.
Choose fluid fertilizers: These do not absorb significant heat during dilution, which helps maintain soil temperature.
Use deep groundwater for dilution: Groundwater temperature is generally higher than surface water, aiding in soil temperature maintenance.
Recommended Product: Our “Low-Temperature Resistant Suspension Liquid Fertilizer” is designed for this purpose, containing anti-freezing agents that prevent clumping and sedimentation even at -20°C, and intelligently regulate irrigation water pH.
Q3: How can I obtain the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for your products?
MSDS is an important safety and technical document.
We can provide MSDS for our products to any prospective or existing customer.
You can contact us (e.g., via website form or email) to request the MSDS for specific products.
We ensure MSDS compliance with international standards (e.g., GHS) and provide English versions (or other languages upon request), containing information on safe handling, storage, transport, and emergency procedures.
Q4: Do you provide agronomic support?
Yes, we not only sell products but also aim to support your farming success.
Fertilization Program Consultation: Our agronomist team can provide basic fertilization guidance based on your crops and soil conditions.
Problem Diagnosis: If you encounter suspected nutrient deficiencies or excesses during cultivation, you can provide photos and descriptions, and we will assist in analysis and suggest solutions.
New Technology Application: We focus on efficient fertilization technologies such as fertigation and foliar fertilization and are happy to share related knowledge and experience.
Q5: What are the best practices for foliar fertilization?
Successful foliar nutrition requires:
Using fully water-soluble fertilizers to ensure no residue clogs nozzles.
Selecting products with suitable nutrient combinations and good leaf adhesion.
Paying attention to spray concentration and application timing (e.g., avoiding high temperature and strong light) to improve efficacy and prevent fertilizer damage.
Some of our water-soluble fertilizers (especially trace element formulas) are very suitable for foliar application.
